Professional background

My career started in 1991 at SINUS Institute in Heidelberg. I subsequently worked for many years as Research Director with Impulse Forschungsgesellschaft für Marketing und Organisation mbH.
Besides being responsible for the research content of large-scale national and international projects, my focus here was on developing human resources and coaching (internal + external participants).

Professional leanings

Despite what feels like 10,000 interviews and focus group moderations over the course of my career, human communication in all its facets is still what fascinates me most.
I’m talking here about applying explorative and creative methods within the framework of market and social research.

  • Developing methods and adapting them to the specific needs of different countries
  • Coaching at national + international level
  • Giving communication seminars + individual training

Professional background

Through my bachelor studies in the area of applied modern languages, with the core academic class being marketing, I found my way working in market and social research as a freelancer in 2006. My core areas were classical in depth psychological interviews, their analysis, as well as international projects using up-to-date communication methods.

Education / academic background

In the course of my studies I‘ve spent several years abroad at the university Aix-Marseille and the Northumbria University in Newcastle upon Tyne. In both stations I profited from my linguistic proficiency (English – second mother tongue, French – business fluent). Subsequent to my bachelor degrees I complemented my education with an MBA in Logistics Management & Cosulting.

Professional leanings

  • Digital Media and their integration in current business- and research framework
  • One of my character traits is to be in constant quest of new challenges. Finding solutions using creative 'outside the box' approaches fascinates me.
